These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by CirqHR (“we,” “our,” “us”) via our website and communication channels. By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
CirqHR provides remote HR support and consulting services to startups and SMEs, which include but are not limited to:
HR policy and handbook drafting
Company forms and letter templates
Industrial and employee relations advice
Performance management services
Compensation and benefits consulting
HR legal and compliance advisory
Note: We do not provide recruitment or payroll processing services.
2. Service Delivery
All services are delivered remotely through digital channels such as email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate and complete information for us to perform services efficiently.
3. Subscription Plans
CirqHR operates on a subscription model with three primary service plans:
Beginner Plan – RM2,000/month
Intermediate Plan – RM2,500/month
Sifu Plan – RM3,000/month
Each plan includes different levels of access to HR support, response timeframes, and document coverage. A clear breakdown of each plan’s coverage will be provided prior to onboarding.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance for each billing period (monthly or bundled).
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or online payment gateways (where applicable).
Invoices are issued upon confirmation of service subscription.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, time spent on consultations, or documents prepared.
Refunds may only be considered in the case of double payment, failure to deliver service, or other errors verified by CirqHR.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Provide timely, accurate, and complete information.
Use our services for lawful business purposes only.
Avoid sharing confidential information of others without authorization.
Cooperate professionally with our consultants.
We reserve the right to suspend services for unprofessional conduct, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
7. Confidentiality
CirqHR treats all client data and business information with the highest level of confidentiality.
We do not disclose, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and documents provided by CirqHR are the intellectual property of CirqHR and are licensed for internal business use only.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or publish these materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
CirqHR will not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from client misuse of our advice or materials
Legal outcomes resulting from client decisions based on our general HR guidance
Our services are provided on a consultative basis and should not replace formal legal advice when required.
10. Amendments
CirqHR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
