At CirqHR, we strive to deliver high-quality HR support services to our clients. As our services are delivered on a subscription and consulting basis, this policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and service discontinuation.

1. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@cirqhr.com. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Monthly Subscriptions:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
Quarterly or Annual Bundles (e.g., 3-month discounted plans):
Cancellations can be made at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to services until the end of your current billing period.


2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of HR consulting and digital document delivery, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered, including:
Time-based consulting hours
Documents, forms, policies, or handbooks that have been generated
Resolved or ongoing HR cases/tickets


Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
A duplicate payment was made in error.
The service was not delivered as described, and a formal complaint has been submitted within 7 days of the incident.
A technical or administrative error prevented access to services, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.


To request a refund, please contact us at hello@cirqhr.com with your full name, invoice number, and reason for the request. All refund decisions are made at the discretion of CirqHR management.

3. Non-Refundable Items
One-time setup or onboarding fees
Custom policy drafting or bespoke consulting projects
Promotional or discounted plans (e.g., Founder’s Launch Rate) once payment has been processed

4. Service Suspension or Termination
CirqHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
Misuse of services, abusive behavior, or violation of terms
Non-payment or chargebacks
Breach of contract

No refund will be issued for services suspended or terminated due to client misconduct or violation of terms.
